We have a vision in which nurse practitioners are granted the freedom of full practice authority to provide nimble and innovative care in our region without leaving our most vulnerable behind. We are committed to elevating nursing praxis for the benefit of the individual patient, families and our community. We believe it is our duty as healthcare workers to deliver care that is explicitly anti-racist and work to dismantle white supremacy and trans-misogyny in our public and private lives. We are committed to evidence based practice and nursing as an art and a science. We believe that healing takes a village and are excited to work in collaboration with the incredible nurses, social workers, physical therapists, counselors, physicians, PAs and other disciplines in our region and beyond to encourage health and healing.
